Campaigning yesterday at a fundraiser, First Lady Michelle Obama reminded the audience that her husband needed their help.
“I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again,” she said. “Barack can’t do it alone. He’s not Spiderman.
“He’s not a superhero; he’s a human,” she continued. ” So he needs your help.”
The First Lady attended a “Family Day” fundraiser at singer Gwen Stefani’s house in Beverly Hills. Tickets for a family of four cost up to $5,000.
“All right, this is among the coolest things I do,” she said in remarks to the crowd. “I’ve gotten to hang out with the queen, a couple of queens and kings and princes and dukes and whatever, but this — this is cool.”
