While the Obama administration deserves some credit for putting data online, such as the recipients of stimulus money, much of the data is posted in less-than-user-friendly formats.

So, just as last year I posted the recipients of a Treasury-run tax-credit program for green-energy installations, I thought it would be helpful to post in a more readable format the recipients of another stimulus program, which gave huge tax credits to manufacturers of renewable-energy equipment.
