Following up on a story I reported earlier this month, National Labor Relations Board member Terence Flynn stepped down yesterday with little fanfare. There isn’t even an announcement on the agency’s website, aside for removing his name from the list of boardmembers.
Flynn had been pushed out by the other NLRB members after an NLRB Inspector General report found he had shared nonpublic documents with a former member, Peter Schaumber, who was then working as a lobbyist and consultant for Big Business.
His departure leaves the NLRB with only four members, three of which are Democratic appointees.
