America’s two worst attacks on our homeland by foreign enemies happened on Dec. 7, 1941, at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and on Sept. 11, 2001, in New York City.
So it’s perhaps especially fitting that an everyday guy like Kawika Crowley of Hawaii would do what he can to remind us all that America can never afford to forget about either Pearl Harbor or 9/11. Check out his YouTube video below:
Crowley, by the way, reports that he’s received only one negative reaction while standing by the road with his sign, a passerby tossed a rock at him that fortunately hit the sign instead of him. Clearly, being a patriot can be dangerous even when you’re just standing beside the road reminding folks of something critically important to their country’s future.
