The measure to cite Attorney General Eric Holder for contempt of Congress just passed through the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on a party line vote.
“A contempt report is ordered reported to the House,” chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said after the proposal passed 23-17.
