After weeks of watching Texas Gov. Rick Perry surge past him in polls, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is taking his campaign message right to the Lone Star State.

Romney, former governor of Massachusetts, will address the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ 112th convention on Tuesday morning in San Antonio, the Romney campaign announced Monday.
