Nearly half the precincts are in from Virginia as I write and Mitt Romney leads Ron Paul 59%-41%, Fox News has called the state for Romney. Romney is running over or just at 60% in the congressional districts in big metro areas (1, 7, 8, 10, 11) and under 60% in districts farther from the three big metropolitan centers—Washington, Norfolk, Richmond. One exception: in the black-majority 3rd district, Paul is leading. But that’s with only 1,249 voters.
