Rasmussen: Gov. John Hoeven, R, leads his Democratic opponent for Senate in North Dakota, 72 to 23 percent.

This could change if Hoeven starts giving speeches about how he lost both legs in Gallipoli or denouncing the Civil Rights Act of 1957.
