Kathleen Sebelius tells CNN some people don’t like using websites

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told CNN’s Sanjay Gupta Tuesday that, although the Obamacare website still had problems, it was merely a tool for “tech-savvy” Americans shopping for health insurance.

Gupta suggested that perhaps the Obama administration should delay the individual health insurance mandate due to the difficulties for people trying to sign up.
