Loudmouth liberal CNN personality Rick Sanchez got fired moments ago for comments he made during a radio interview which seem to indicate that he has an anti-Semitic streak.
CNN released a terse statement that reads in full:
“Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company. We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well.”
In a Thursday radio interview, Sanchez lashed out at liberal Comedy Central hosts Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, both of whom have routinely ridiculed the sometimes inane things that Sanchez has said on the air such as that Iceland was “too cold” to have a volcano. He took particularly after Stewart, calling him a “bigot” who was “prejudicial” toward “everybody else who’s not like him.”
Then things took a nasty turn as he insisted to host Pete Dominick that as a Jewish person, Stewart has no knowledge of what it’s like being an oppressed minority because, after all, Jews control the media:
It seems unlikely that Sanchez will end up at MSNBC or FNC since he’s repeatedly lambasted both networks as biased–to the left and right respectively.
