As noon approached, Occupy DC protesters in McPherson square scrambled up the statue of Gen. McPherson, covering it with a tarp painted with stars and celestial symbols. “This is our tent of dreams!” shouted the group.
There is little police presence here so far. . . and as much media as there is protestors.
