It wasn’t just the Mitt Romney Super PAC and Ron Paul attack ads that destroyed Newt Gingrich’s political future in Iowa. It was also Gingrich’s completely inept and negligent response. In short, he simply didn’t have one. He let the ads air for weeks without any coordinated media response.
Now that Newt’s Super PAC is trying to attack Romney, Team Romney is not making the same mistake. Here is the ad Restore Our Future, the Romney Super PAC, is now running in South Carolina and Florida.
The ad is titled ‘Desperate’, which describes Newt perfectly.
