WATCH: Trump plays a ‘Game of Thrones’

The 2016 presidential election has so far shared a lot with “Game of Thrones.”

The most talked-about candidate in the race is Donald Trump, a billionaire media mogul and casino tycoon who has already swept up two of three early-voting contests. Whether it’s promoting the construction of a wall to keep “rapist” Mexicans out of the U.S., suggesting the U.S. ban all Muslims from entering the country, or making “blood” comments about Fox News host Megyn Kelly, Trump can seem like a character good enough for an epic fantasy series.

Someone decided Trump would fit right in George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” series. With his head plopped onto the characters in HBO adaption of Martin’s books, “Game of Thrones,” Trump is front and center preaching the importance of building a wall and warning against bad deals. With all the violence and backstabbing going on, along with a looming threat of white walkers threatening to invade Westeros, Trump may be the perfect candidate to unite the seven kingdoms and sit on the Iron Throne.
