Democrats and liberals claim to care deeply about systemic racism and for a good reason â they are promoting it.
The latest example of this comes from
California,
where the state now forces
doctors
to undergo 50 hours of âimplicit bias trainingâ every two years in order to keep their licenses. California law asserts that âimplicit biasâ exists and affects âour perceptions, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.â

Marilyn Singleton, a black physician,
says
that such training encourages black doctors to be afraid of their white counterparts, teaching them that âtheir bias is always going to be there, beneath the surface, threatening to rear its ugly, racist head.â
It carries a more dangerous message for black patients. âBlack people are, in effect, being told that white physicians are likely to quite literally damage our health,â Singleton writes. She correctly asks why black people should seek medical attention if they run the risk of receiving an implicitly racist doctor.
If you were to ask California Democrats, or any other liberals who support this inane training, they’d say every white person is a racist deep down. Such training in
diversity, equity, and inclusion
is necessary, they would say, to try and reeducate the âimplicitâ racism out of them. But implicit bias training is actually regressive. It doesnât fix âimplicit bias,â a dubious concept in and of itself. If anything, the training
inflames
racial tensions and racial grievances by pitting races against each other.
The billion-dollar racial grievance industry of diversity, equity, and inclusion would love nothing more than for people to be divided by race. That is what the entire industry rests on. So-called âanti-racists,â whether they be authors, professors, or politicians, would lose all their influence if racism were less prevalent. Therefore, they must turn everything into a racial grievance to justify their platform’s existence. As a result, you get concepts such as âimplicit bias,â the unconscious racism that supposedly lives deep within every white person and cannot go away.
But it can supposedly be limited by very expensive and never-ending DEI training sessions. How convenient!
The âanti-racistâ DEI apparatus creates its own racism to continue claiming that it is fighting racism. In California, this strategy is written into state law, and any doctor who does not participate will have his or her license revoked. This is âsystemic racismâ by any definition, and it is the Democrats and liberals who are promoting it while pretending to oppose it.
