President Joe Biden’s objectively awful performance in Thursday’s debate says more about Vice President Kamala Harris than it does about him.
One of the chief responsibilities of the vice president is to step in if the president has a health-related or other problem that makes her and other specified officials deem him unfit for office, whether that be temporary or permanent. Given that Biden doesn’t quite seem to be “all there,” so to speak, one would think that now would be the time to consider whether Harris should assume his responsibilities.
