Some internet buzz was stirred up during the weekend over a Rick Perry speech delivered in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The speech has been described by news outlets as spirited, uncorked, passionate, giddy, strange, drunk, revved-up, bizarre, and wild.
The best moment, shown above, was when Perry talked about “Freedom,” explaining that the word defined his entire campaign.
“The Governor is passionate about the issues he talks about,” Perry spokesman Mark Miner said in an email to the Huffington Post’s Jon Ward on Saturday night.
