During his speech in Berlin today, President Obama thanked the people for their warm welcome.
“In fact, it’s so warm and I feel so good, I’m going to take off my jacket and anybody else who wants to – feel free to,” he said, as he stripped off his suit coat.
“We can be a little more informal among friends,” he added, as the crowd cheered.
