Jay Carney admits people with ‘substandard’ coverage won’t be able to keep it

If you like your health care plan, you can keep it — unless the Department of Health and Human Services doesn’t like your health care plan, in which case Obamacare regulations will render it obsolete, according to President Obama’s spokesman.

“It’s correct that substandard plans that don’t provide minimum services … those are no longer allowed because the Affordable Care Act is built on the premise that health care is not a privilege, it’s a right,” White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters.
