The Washington Post carried a story yesterday on Chris Mather, the communications director for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, who is leaving to work for Chicago’s new mayor, Rahm Emanuel. She is, apparently, a lousy boss who promotes young partisans, according to a letter from career USDA employees:
