At this point in the evening, state Rep. Nikki Haley is leading the GOP primary, but with a vote percentage in the low 40s. But before you go to bed early and decide this is headed to a runoff, just bear in mind that the only county that’s fully reported so far is in the Congressional District of her top opponent, Rep. Gresham Barrett, and he’s kicking some serious butt there.
