From the Bismarck Tribune:
Virtually all areas of North Dakota’s economy would suffer if the proposed cap-and-trade legislation is passed into law, according to a newly-released study (from the North Dakota Policy Council).
The state would lose a net 5,000 to 7,000 jobs through 2030, the study says.
