“I think it’s more like Lucille Ball at the chocolate factory,” Mitt Romney said yesterday, describing Newt Gingrich’s failure to make the Virginia ballot. That joke made headlines, sending Gingrich on a quest for the nearest chocolate factory in Iowa so he could show Romney what he really looked like in a chocolate factory.
“Gov. Romney had a cute line yesterday about my team resembling Lucy and the chocolate factory and I just want to say: here I am in the chocolate factory,” Gingrich said after arriving at The Chocolate Season in Algona, Iowa.
