President Obama “will be angry” if the sex scandal plaguing the Secret Service actually happened, but he is waiting for the investigation to conclude before passing judgment, according to his spokesman.

“If in fact it turns out that some of the reported allegations are true, he will be angry about that,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters today. “We will see what the investigation reveals. We are not going to speculate about what conclusions it might reach.”

Carney added that Obama regards the Secret Service as “exemplary as a rule,” adding that “they put their lives on the line and it’s a very difficult job.”
