Among the latest independent expenditures by the National Republican Senatorial Committee is a million-dollar bomb in Washington State:

• WA-SEN: 1,031,000 for “media” against Sen. Patty Murray, D.
• KY-SEN (open, Bunning): $215,000 for “media” against Jack Conway, D.
• PA-SEN (open, Specter): $618,000 for “media” against Joe Sestak, D.

That’s also the NRSC’s first expenditure in Pennsylvania, where the DSCC has spent $4 million already.
