In a USA Today op-ed, Perry stated today that he was going to be honest with the American people on Social Security, setting the stage for tonight’s debate.
A CNN poll shows that despite his comments on Social Security, older voters like Perry, and a Politico piece this morning focused on Perry’s questionable perks as Governor of Texas.
Mitt Romney:
Pawlenty was proud to endorse Romney today, but rumors are swirling that Romney is helping him retire campaign debt.

Ron Paul:

Gingrich is now tied with Bachmann in this latest CNN poll, but that is mostly due to Bachmann’s failing popularity, not Gingrich’s strength.
