The Center for Immigration Studies has released a report showing the number of deportations of illegal immigrants has plunged since he was inaugurated to their lowest levels since the mid-1990s. President Joe Biden’s lack of enforcement is endangering people and putting the country at risk.
Deportations are down 90% since 2019. Most concerning, deportations of illegal immigrants with “serious criminal convictions” have decreased by more than 50% since 2020 and by 65% since 2019, according to the report. This is a matter of great concern, considering that Biden’s stated motivation for reducing deportations has been to “enable the agencies to better concentrate on removing aliens who represent a threat to the public.”
