The nonprofit group outgrew a church and moved to the warehouse in April amid the Biden administration's rapidly expanding practice of releasing migrants on parole, particularly those who are not subject to a pandemic rule that prevents migrants from seeking asylum.


Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) again begged President Joe Biden for help handling the “humanitarian crisis” caused by his border policies last month. And on Monday, Biden again declined to help her.
