The in-person meeting on Wednesday between U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin was “rather useful and constructive,” according to an aide to the Russian leader.
Their conversation, which occurred at the Kremlin in Moscow, lasted about three hours and also involved Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov.
