The briefing comes after White House officials said Monday that Adm. Mitch Bradley was the person who gave the order for a second strike on an alleged drug-trafficking vessel on Sept. 2, not War Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Hegseth stood by Bradley on Monday, calling him “an American hero” who has his “100% support.”
