Elbridge Colby, undersecretary of war for policy, will testify before the Senate Committee on Armed Services on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

Colby’s testimony comes as the conflict in Iran widens and U.S. military posts in the Middle East are targeted by retaliatory attacks.
