Two men were fatally shot in the Eden Center shopping plaza on Saturday night, and police are investigating the deaths as a probable homicide and suicide.
Police say the first man was shot when he stepped out of his car near the Thuy Trang Hair Salon. The second man was found in his car outside Cafe Metro, another venue in the Vietnamese shopping center near Seven Corners. The gunshot wound appeared self-inflicted and a gun was found in the car.
Susan Finarelli, a spokeswoman for the City of Falls Church Police Department, said investigators were still trying to locate any eyewitnesses and piece together a motive on Sunday afternoon. Anyone with knowledge of the shootings is encouraged to call police dispatch at 703-248-5053.
