Spotsylvania Co. cracks down on student meal debts

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) — A crackdown on student meal debts is paying off for the Spotsylvania County school division.

The School Board warned parents earlier this year that students would be offered milk and a sandwich for lunch if they exceeded charge limits on their meal accounts.
