Hurricane Beryl ravaging Caribbean caused ‘Armageddon-like’ damage to Grenada, leader says

The Category 4 Hurricane Beryl wreaked “Armageddon-like” damage on Grenada, Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell said.

The Grenadine island Carriacou was one of the first places hit by the hurricane, destroying much of the island’s infrastructure. Sattelite imagery showed the extent of the destruction.
