Within hours of being sworn into the White House, President Donald Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the United States from the Paris Agreement for the second time. 

“I’m immediately withdrawing from the unfair one side Paris Climate Accord, rip off. The United States will not sabotage their own industries, while China pollutes with impunity,” Trump said.
