FLINTSTONE, Md. (AP) — The state of Maryland is awarding $392,000 to a Silver Spring company to design a new wastewater treatment plant for the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort near Cumberland.
The Cumberland Times-News (http://bit.ly/VxNzaY ) reports that additional capacity is needed for a casino the resort plans to open this spring.
