Biden administration expands federal land use for solar power farms

The Biden administration has given the green light to build solar power farms on 31 million acres of federal land. 

The updates to the Western Solar Plan, managed by the Bureau of Land Management, will allow public land in 11 Western states to be sites for solar power farms.
