Over 100 killed after gunmen open fire at Moscow concert hall, ISIS claims responsibility

At least 115 people have been killed in Moscow, according to Russian officials, after several gunmen opened fire inside a large concert hall.

Russian state media reported that three people dressed in camouflage used automatic weapons and opened fire in the Crocus City Hall. There were multiple explosions during the chaotic scene.
