Israel launched another strike on Hamas leaders on Tuesday but has reportedly caught civilians in the crossfire, though Israeli officials dispute the casualties.

The Israel Defense Forces struck senior terrorists in a Hamas command center “disguised in the humanitarian area in Khan Yunis,” an IDF spokesman posted on X. Samer Esmail Hader Abu-Daqa, the head of Hamas’s air force in the Gaza Strip, was attacked. The Hamas militants targeted were reportedly directly involved in the planning of the Oct. 7 massacre that claimed over 1,200 Israeli lives.
