A CIA official was charged with leaking classified documents last month that appeared to show details of Israel’s military and their plan to retaliate against Iran.

The official, Asif Rahman, was indicted last week in federal court, and he’s facing two counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information, according to the New York Times. He was arrested by the FBI in Cambodia and was brought to Guam to face charges. Rahman is set to appear in front of judge in Guam on Thursday, and he faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for each count, a Department of Justice spokesperson told the Washington Examiner.
