Nevada’s Silver State Health Insurance Exchange board voted unanimously to dump the vendor responsible for the state’s health insurance exchange, instead joining the national healthcare.gov exchange.
Xerox originally won a $72 million contract to build the state’s exchange, but only received about $12 million so far because many parts of the exchange were built poorly or not at all.
