Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, was unbowed after the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare subsidies in a major victory Thursday for the White House.

“Today’s ruling failed to hold the Obama administration responsible for its reckless execution of its poorly-crafted law,” he said in a statement shortly after the ruling was released Thursday.
