NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (AP) â U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott is visiting a clinic in Newport News on Monday to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the Affordable Care Act’s enactment.
Scott is scheduled to appear at the Community Free Clinic at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
During his visit, the Virginia Democrat will discuss the law’s successes in Hampton Roads. He also plans to urge the General Assembly to expand Medicaid in Virginia.
