President Trump on Tuesday cheered a Fox News report claiming the $18 billion border wall will pay for itself because of the decline in crime, drugs, and illegal immigrants that the wall will create.

“According to the Center for Immigration Studies, the $18 billion wall will pay for itself by curbing the importation of crime, drugs and illegal immigrants who tend to go on the federal dole…” Trump quoted in a tweet Tuesday.
