Border czar Tom Homan once again suggested that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could be investigated for impediment in his mass deportation efforts.

As Homan is working at the directive of President Donald Trump to deport a large swath of illegal immigrants from the United States, Ocasio-Cortez hosted a webinar on her Facebook page advising them what to do should they come in contact with an ICE agent. Since then, the Democratic representative has shared “Know Your Rights” pamphlets on her social media, detailing the Fourth Amendment’s definition of illegal search and seizure in English and Spanish.
