Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is set to speak about state partnerships with ICE at a press conference in Chicago, Illinois, at around 11 a.m. Friday.

DHS says the press conference will concern “exposing the ‘worst of the worst’ criminal illegal aliens arrested by the Department under President Donald J. Trump’s leadership.”
Noem’s appearance before the press comes a few days after she announced Indiana’s “Speedway Slammer,” the new addition of 1,000 ICE detention beds to a correction facility in the state.
