RALEIGH, N.C. (Legal Newsline) – A class action lawsuit was filed March 17 against computer company Lenovo Inc., and software maker SuperFish Inc., for alleged invasion of privacy.

According to a lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Ivan Wu, Patrick Johnson, Michael Reinert and other unnamed plaintiffs say Superfish’s software enables other entities to monitor a user’s communications with minimal effort.
