Poor Mary Anne Huntsman. In a recent interview with GQ, her sister, Liddy, let the cat out of the bag that Mary Anne once went on a date with Kris Humphries. Yes, the, Kris Humphries, estranged husband of reality television star Kim Kardashian and former player for the Utah Jazz, which is how he in fact met the daughter of the former governor of Utah, GOP presidential hopeful Jon Huntsman.
GQ’s Alex Pappademas talked to the Mary Anne, Liddy and the third sister Abby, who make up the “three-headed social-media presence” on Twitter known as @Jon2012girls at a Karaoke-themed photo shot, detailing how they’ve added some fun and excitement to the Republican primary race. They discussed the girls’ take on Herman Cain‘s ad, which pictured Chief of Staff Mark Block puffing away on a cigarette. The Huntsman daughters’ video used bubbles to much the same effect. “I loved your ad,” Mary Anne Huntsman said of Block’s reaction to the parody.
She also gave some details about her date with the Humph. They went to see “Elf” and Humphries devoured a garbage can-sized container of popcorn, and was never heard from again. We hear he’s single though.
