Bob Ryan, D.C.’s popular veteran meteorologist and a fixture for nearly 30 years on WRC-TV (NBC 4), is moving to rival station WJLA (ABC 7). It’s been rumored for months that he was going to make the jump, but sources who talked to Ryan on Sunday night said he’d be starting the new gig Monday. Ryan retired from Channel 4 in February.
