The First Lady will be in New York on Wednesday to appear for the first time on “Live! with Regis and Kelly.” The show announced Monday that Obama will be in the Big Apple to discuss the first anniversary of her anti-obesity campaign, “Let’s Move”. She is expected to address this initiative during her interview with the morning duo. The goal of the Let’s Move campaign is to end childhood obesity in a generation. “It’s an ambitious goal, but we don’t have time to wait,” the first lady said in an interview with USA TODAY. “We’ve got to stop citing statistics and wringing our hands and feeling guilty, and get going on this issue.” No doubt she’ll have Regis eating his Brussels sprouts.
