Former President Clinton was spotted out to dinner with the Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards on Tuesday night. The pair was seen leaving Craft, with Clinton sporting a suit and orange tie and Richards in a gray hat and green scarf. Clinton was toting what appeared to be a doggy bag.
